This is a Summer Intern position that will begin May/June time frame.

The Intern is a supportive role to the IT Governance Compliance Manager.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • ServiceNow -- Create tickets requesting evidence from IT teams to support security controls and audit requests.

  • Perform review and validation of documentation and evidence of compliance for the related controls.

  • Identify and report non-compliance to Compliance Manager and appropriate IT team.

  • Schedule meetings with IT teams as necessary to review evidence and/or facilitate walkthroughs with auditors.

  • Generate access lists to facilitate application and system access reviews.

Required Skills

  • Candidate must be a current student currently enrolled in a College/University program.

  • Candidate should be working toward a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems

  • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.

  • Must be able to communicate and interact with internal IT teams.

  • Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.

  • Requires very good communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner.

  • Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations. Must be able to clearly articulate business needs to internal IT teams.
