We are targeting students completing their sophomore or junior year of college who are interested in working in a dynamic and engaging work environment to participate in our internship program. Elkay interns will apply the skills and knowledge developed in college while contributing to exciting real world projects!

The Customer Care Intern will assist the Manager, Customer Care with various projects to support Elkay’s Care team by performing the following duties:

  • Use email routing tool (Zendesk) to develop, produce reporting dashboards

  • Update Care Team Portal using SharePoint

  • Update policy & procedure documents

  • Review and revise templates

  • Review and revise process flow


  • Students completing their sophomore or junior year working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, English, Web Design, or related field required.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and/or independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
