  • Possess a complete understanding of the purpose, vision and business plan of the eCommerce Department.

  • Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for our company websites performance.

  • Use customer insight tools to identify, research and prioritize key revenue driving fixes and enhancements to the site.

  • Maintain the ability to master all customer feedback tools (e.g. Opinionlab, UserReplay, and sources of customer insight to identify, define and help deliver enhancements to the web sites.

  • Be the subject matter expert and enterprise resource for analyzing, synthesizing and communicating customer experience analytics and insights throughout the organization.

  • Assist and facilitate quantitative and qualitative customer survey programs across multiple functional areas, analysis of primary and secondary data.

  • Champion the customer centric approach by partnering with functional leaders and providing them with the necessary data and insight to consistently measure our products, processes and experiences.

  • Assist in creating compelling business cases and recommendations that drive action and support business decisions through the effective use of data, customer insight and analysis.

  • Develop quantitative analysis and ad hoc reports to support design and product decisions

  • Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for the performance.

Required Skills

  • 0-1 years experience in UX, or UED

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in related field, students in Senior Year preferred, local applicants highly preferred.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google platform

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills, organizational and analytical skills

  • Must be a self starter who is process oriented, eager to learn a new skill and has the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
