  • Create and deliver marketing materials to our sales teams and company recruiters

  • Supervise our social media outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook

  • Manage and maintain the company website by keeping the content, news articles, and graphics updated weekly

  • Manage the creation and delivery of content through email and snail mail campaigns

  • Manage the creation and delivery of our printed and electronic advertisements

  • Create brochures and sales sheets for the different CIT Trucks departments

  • Promote the products and services CIT Trucks offers through electronic communications, printed ads and materials, and public events hosted by CIT Trucks

  • Work with department managers to determine their individual department marketing needs

  • Create and deliver the corporate employee newsletter and maintain content on the internal company intranet

  • Manage our company press releases and maintain our media relation content

  • Research industry related trends

  • Prepare and deliver marketing content to the company digital display network

  • Create and manage video content delivered to the company Intranet and the company YouTube channel

  • Create and distribute customer surveys and report the results to company management

  • Maintain customer database and ensure customer records are accurate and updated

  • Track the impact of our marketing campaigns and summarize the results while offering recommendations on ways to improve future campaigns

  • Maintain the inventory of promotional materials used by our sales teams and company recruiters

  • Assist in the planning and hosting of customer events and trade shows

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or Communications related field in process preferred

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and schedule various events while maintaining complete organization

  • Professional attitude and appearance with a strong work ethic

  • Desire to set and attain goals while conducting business honesty and with integrity

  • Energetic personality with enthusiasm about team projects and customer relations

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds

Work Environment:

  • This position involves work in an office setting in the presence of electrical and computer equipment and occasionally in a shop setting. Coordination between departments and locations is expected.
