Job Description

This internship has the potential to run for one (1) year (not a summer internship) in duration.

The field service team makes sure everyone has the hardware they need to perform their job – laptops, printers, peripherals:you name it.The back office, on the other hand, does the procurement, budgeting, inventory management and charge back cost for our IT Departments.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • support IT incidents and tickets for the entire US.

  • track and analyze the mobile devices billing and charging back

  • support the back office team in variety of projects such as databasemaintenance and tracking quality service throughout the US locations.


  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree;Business, Finance or IT Support is preferred

  • Prior experience working in a customer service role

  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis and cost calculation.

  • Solid knowledge of Excel
