Monitor and report on the Enterprise Value Chain departmental budget in North America, including the following expense and recovery categories:
- Project chargeable hours- External supplier costs- Infrastructure costs- Travel expenses- Training costs
Dispute incorrect charges in a timely manner, when necessary.
Document the internal cost flow and recovery processes and propose measures to remediate any gaps or deficiencies in the process.
Design and implement a process to forecast annual costs and expected cost recovery.
Collect and consolidate data required for the annual business planning process.
Other duties as assigned.
Currently enrolled in an accounting program or related field
Team player, detail oriented, and very organized
Strong organizational skills and be self-driven and proactive
High proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word (MS Office 2013)
Intermediate Pivot Table skills
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Problem solving, math and formulation skills, reasoning and analyzing skills
Experience working with global teams
Strong presentation skills
