As a communications intern you will support our internal Creative Services team by working on communications projects in various media for (primarily) employee audiences. Specifically you will:
Create content for various media (writing)
Manage small-scale communications projects
Assist with medium to large-scale projects
What skills you will need
Strong writing skills are required
Able to demonstrate knowledge of communication trends and industry tools
Must have good verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, writers, designers and videographers
Proficient in Microsoft office products including word and excel.
What makes you stand out
Knowledge of Communication theory
Working knowledge of design principles and video production a plus but not required
Working knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (General, Business, Digital), Journalism, English or related
Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
