Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Student Intern !

Position Highlights:

Responsible for administering multiple applications that manage our network environment. Cisco Call Manager 8.5, 10,5, 11.5 administration, Solar Winds Orion updates, Cisco WEBEX Administration and more. May build Cisco phones, Cisco Voice Gateway and more.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to Help Desk tickets

  • VoIP phone setups and changes Cisco Unified Call Manager

  • Call Detail Reporting

  • Cisco phone repairs

  • Special projects as assigned

Position Qualifications Include:

  • Student status as a enrolled college student preferred

  • Seeking a degree in Networking preferred

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service
