What you’ll do:

  • Position Title: US- Account Services Intern

  • Location: Chicago, IL

  • Expected start date to end date: June 11 – August 18

We hire Account Services Interns that are passionate about solving problems and making an impact within the business. We recognize that Intern contributions fuel some of our greatest innovations. That’s why we assign students to our toughest challenges and most forward-thinking projects.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the SAP Fieldglass customer base to determine growth opportunities

  • Conduct data mining exercises to help us gain visibility into our business bottom line

  • Hours worked per client compared to spend and revenue expected delivery

  • Hours worked per client per region

  • Hours worked per client per partner

  • Collaborate with other departments to research overlapping process improvement projects or where data can be used to leverage a business change

  • Present findings from data mining and collaboration activities to the affected leadership teams, Services Director, Services VP, and other department leadership

  • Partner with various members of the management team to assist in driving department initiatives such as but not limited to:

  • Scaling the team

  • Client risk matrix

  • Assist with our team of consultants to launch successful programs with our SAP Fieldglass application

  • Contribute to project documentation

  • Create reports for client business purposes

  • Help project team to stage data for testing purposes

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Preferred Junior or Senior level

  • Background in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance

Skills / Competencies

  • Ability to think and work strategically

  • Analytical ability (high) to use data to support recommendations

  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills

  • Work independently and within a team

  • Effectively manage time and be organized

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Bonus: desire for future in professional service type work
