Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and begin execution of Go to Market launch plans for upcoming products

  • Assist sales team with sell in materials, program development and product set up with select customers

  • Provide weekly reporting on retail sell thru, with analysis of pricing / promo /share performance. -

  • Analyze retail sell thru based on marketing investments, pricing, and competitive influences.

  • Document process for retail new product launch and present to team for review

  • Partner with Trade Marketing team to ensure proper merchandising is in place, as well as prepare recommendation for upcoming launches with ROI analysis and projected sales Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a BS within a business field

  • Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Eagerness to learn and accept new challenges

  • Positive attitude, passionate for innovation (ideas, process, product)

  • Willingness to travel as necessary
