The Planning and Execution group are tactical experts who can be deployed anywhere in the company to diagnose execution issues, break through barriers, and drive downfield progress; and then help apply learnings to improve overall execution effectiveness. As a Planning and Execution Summer intern, you will working with one or both of these teams:

  • Corporate Portfolio Management - prioritizes and leads the intake of the top initiatives at CME Group and oversee the systems, processes and tools to ensure effective portfolio management

  • Execution Delivery – leads and drives the execution of CME Group’s top strategic initiatives by working strategically with project stakeholder to develop an effective implementation plan and oversees management of the plan

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in any major at an accredited university as a Sophomore or Junior with an expected graduation date between December 2018 and June 2020

  • MS Office proficiency, with Excel and Power Point

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Graduate Program at an accredited university with a Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar focus

  • Interest in pursuing a career in the financial industry and markets

  • Academic excellence with the ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Analytical skills and the ability to decipher complex business problems
