Essential Functions

  • Update/complete corporate employee files (electronic & paper)

  • Scan and/or shred old employee files

  • Update/complete HR and Recruitment intranet sites

  • Social media presence (update company profiles on Indeed and LinkedIn)

  • Create new hire welcome packets

  • Send out employee feedback emails from Review Trackers to new hires

  • Update General Orientation with guidance from HR Generalist

  • Assistance with uploading, editing and responding to questions regarding the LMS

Qualifications

Level of Formal Education: Current enrolled student in an accredited educational program

Area of Study:Human Resources, Psychology or Business
